Cinnamon Applesauce (Crockpot)
(Makes 3 1/2 cups)

This is so delicious, you'd never guess it was this easy.

Ingredients:
3 1/2 lbs granny smith apples, peeled cored and sliced

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1. Toss together apples, brown sugar and lemon juice in your crockpot.  
2. Cover and cook on high heat for 3 hours, or until the apples are very tender.
3. Mash up the apples with a potato masher.
4. Stir in the cinnamon.
5. Serve warm, at room temperature, or cold.
