Cinnamon Honey Dressing
(Makes 2 cups)
This dressing tastes great drizzled over fresh fruit, like strawberries
or peaches.
Just make sure you eat the fruit after a high soluble fiber meal!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup vanilla-flavored soy
milk
1 (12 ounce) package firm
silken tofu
2 Tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1. Place all ingredients in
blender or food processor and mix well.
2. Store in refrigerator.
