Lemon Lime Chicken
(Makes 6 servings)
A Summer favorite! I didn't
even have to adapt this one!
Ingredients:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 cloves chopped garlic
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
3 Tablespoons lime juice
salt & pepper
1. Place chicken in a glass
dish (or a Ziploc bag would work).
2. Mix remaining ingredients
and pour over chicken.
3. Cover and refrigerate 4
hours or more, up to 24 hours.
4. Drain.
5. Heat grill; cook over
medium heat 15-20 minutes, turning once.
