Macaroni Salad
(Makes 4 servings)

A basic macaroni salad. The flavors all blend so well! You can use more or less of the veggies to suit your tastes.

Ingredients:
1 cup fat-free or low-fat mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1 Tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 lb macaroni, cooked and drained
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
1/2 cup chopped green onions

1. Combine dressing ingredients.
2. Stir into remaining ingredients.
3. Cover and chill.
