Marinade for Grilled Meats or
Veggies
(Makes 1 cup)
This is my favorite marinade!
I almost always use it on chicken breasts.
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/3 cup sesame oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed and
minced finely
1/4 inch fresh ginger, grated
black pepper
chili pepper flakes (I omit
these)
1. Mix all ingredients in a
container.
2. Use with your choice of
chicken breasts, salmon, or veggies like zucchini or mushrooms!
3. Marinate for 2 or more
hours.
4. Grill.
5. Enjoy!
