Asian Baked Chicken in Vinegar Sauce
(Makes 6 servings)
This is an easy and flavorful dinner that tastes great over white rice.
Ingredients:
6 skinless, boneless chicken
breasts
1-2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
3 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1. Place chicken breasts in a
greased 9x13-inch dish.
2. Mix all remaining
ingredients and pour over chicken.
3. Cover tightly with foil
and use toothpick to poke 6 holes in foil.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for
35-45 minutes or until chicken is done.
